This is a very potent creative time, and this class invites you to slow down and channel the quiet beauty of winter and its incredible creative energy.
The class is open to anybody who is interested in enhancing their creativity and intuition through the experience of Yoga Nidra, deep total relaxation with certified yoga teacher and intuitive artist Kristina Kivu.
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that leads you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining aware. It helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote healing by guiding you through stages of body awareness, breath focus, and visualization. It’s like a conscious power nap, allowing you to rest, reset, and rejuvenate both body and mind.
My intention for this session is to nurture your creativity and intuition through deep rest. Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners, as well as regular yoga practitioners, artists, art teachers, and anybody who would enjoy an hour of nourishing Total Yoga Nidra relaxation.
I recommend finding a quiet space to lie down, you can bring a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, anything that you feel will help you relax more deeply. You can have some art materials at hand if you'd like, as you might receive some beautiful images during the practice and you might want to paint, draw or write afterwards. I won't be guiding any art practice, but I highly encourage you to do some intuitive painting or any art activity after the session.
This is an online class, and will be held on Zoom | Fri 03rd January 10.30 am- 11.30 am UK time.
