Mindful painting + meditation

This is a unique space where art and mindfulness come together to create a soothing sanctuary.

In the circle, you’ll find a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for connecting with like-minded women. Whether you're a seasoned artist or picking up a brush for the first time, you'll feel inspired to express yourself and tap into your inner calm. Each session starts with a short guided meditation to help clear your mind and set your intentions, followed by time for free expression through painting. The circle ends with a space for sharing and reflection. Together, we'll share our stories, support one another without any judgement, and celebrate our unique journeys.

All materials are provided, I will bring many different materials to each session so you can play and see what sparks your joy: watercolours, watercolour pencils, pastels, brushes and papers.
