We process your orders in 1-3 business days, which will add to the shipping time.
Shipping costs:
UK: £3, free for orders over £30
Europe: standard £5, tracked and signed £10
Rest of the world: standard £10, tracked and signed £15
Returns:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
If you wish to return your item, just let us know within 14 days of delivery.
You will have to ship the items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You’ll need a return authorization number that you can get by sending us an email at hello@kriskivu.com To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase with the order number, the item numbers that are being returned, as well as your name, your email address and the reason for your return.
There are certain situations where refunds are not possible:
- Any item not in its original condition or item that is damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It usually takes between 5-10 business days to receive the payment.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kriskivu.com
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
