Refund policy

Thank you for supporting my work. This policy explains shipping, returns, refunds and workshop cancellations for purchases made through my website.

Shipping

Prints

Prints are available for worldwide delivery.

Prints are produced and shipped by trusted third-party print and fulfilment partners. Because your print is produced especially for your order, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Stationery

Stationery is available for delivery within the UK only.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Original paintings

Original paintings are available for delivery within the UK only.

UK shipping is free for original paintings.

Returns & Refunds

Prints, stationery and original paintings

If you purchase a physical product online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@kriskivu.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Please take care when packaging an artwork for return, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds will normally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you paid for standard delivery when placing your order, the cost of that standard delivery will also be refunded. Any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, and its value has consequently been diminished.

These statutory cancellation rights do not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Items that arrive damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kriskivu.com as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund.

Workshop Cancellations

Farnham Maltings Workshops

Farnham Maltings Workshops are available to book through this website. These bookings are fulfilled further through Farnham Maltings booking system and are therefore subject to their own cancellation terms.

Art Studio Workshops

For workshops held at Art Studio, which is my home studio based in Farnham, cancellations are subject to the following policy:

  • If you cancel at least 14 days before the workshop, you may request a refund.
  • A refund will only be given if we are able to fill your place from the workshop waiting list.
  • If your place cannot be filled, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as it is unlikely that there will be enough time to fill the place.
  • If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person, provided you let us know in advance.

If a workshop is cancelled by me for any reason, you will receive a full refund for your booking.
