1:1 Painting Healing session (virtual on zoom)

This 90 minute session is an invitation for you to explore the concept of being in a creative flow.

We will begin with a deep relaxation guided meditation (yoga nidra). We will then continue with a mindful painting session. I work mainly with watercolours but you can use any supplies you have on hand. 

When you are doing mindful painting, time just stops and you enter the flow state. The longer you can prolong this state, the clearer the mind will get. The clearer the mind gets, the more you will be able to access higher energies like peace, love, connection, compassion. 

We can work with a general purification intention, or any other intention you want to bring to the session. I will leave space at the end for sharing anything that came up, or ask any questions.
