This is a gentle 1-hour session designed to help you reconnect with your creativity, emotions, or inner peace — through intuitive, mindful, or guided art-making. Total beginners are welcome, along with more experienced artists.
You can choose your journey:
• Creative Guidance – if you want feedback on your existing work or art guidance
• Watercolour Explorations - if you want to learn or develop a particular watercolour skill
• Mindful Art Time - if you want to have a gentle relaxing painting class, especially if you're stressed, overwhelmed or creatively blocked
Sessions are held online via Zoom or in-person in my home studio (Farnham, GU9).

Watercolour Explorations
For learning or developing watercolour skills (note: 2 hours recommended). My style of painting is very loose and playful, I focus mostly on the process of making art, creating without judgement and mostly having a great time.
Together we can explore:
Watercolour basics (tools & techniques)
Colour mixing
Abstract landscapes
Loose flowers, patterns, mark-making
Developing your own unique style

Mindful Art Time
This session is very helpful in stressful times when you feel like everything is too much, you are overwhelmed and anxious. We can work with a general intention for peace and relaxation, or any other intention you want to bring to the session.
When you are doing mindful painting, time just stops and you enter the flow state. The longer you can prolong this state, the clearer the mind will get. The clearer the mind gets, the more you will be able to access higher energies like peace, love, connection, compassion.
Here's what each session will include:

Relaxing, mindful painting exercises
Time to reflect and share
