I’ve opened my personal home studio to a small group so you can explore watercolour more deeply if you choose to.
This session builds on your foundations and focuses on putting techniques together on the page. We’ll go deeper into the theme of loose florals, exploring how elements interact to create a cohesive composition.
This workshop is designed for those who already have a basic understanding of watercolour and want to move beyond isolated techniques.
With just four people in the studio, you’ll have direct access to guidance, feedback, and a more immersive way of working.
We build on the core skills — water control, brush handling, and colour mixing — and begin using them together with more intention.
The focus here is on bringing elements into composition.
We’ll focus on:
composition — arranging flowers and foliage so everything interacts naturally
refining water control and brushwork
mixing colour with more confidence
You’ll spend more time developing pieces where everything starts to connect — not just individual marks, but the whole image.
This is the point where painting becomes less about isolated exercises and more about creating something cohesive.
All materials are included. You’ll receive a complete watercolour kit to take home, and you’re also welcome to try any of my personal paints and brushes during the session.
This workshop is designed for four people, giving you access to guidance, feedback, and hands-on exploration that you won’t get in larger classes.
